Description
I Originally photographed this years ago in Downtown Memphis, TN as part of a photo-walk.
Decided to do some duplicate layer blends using various exposures in Photoshop CS6 to bring out a bigger tonal range. Then into Lightroom 4 for some other effects adjustments. Back into PS for "oil painting" effect filter.
